Jorge Alain Herrera, NCARB, AIA
With 20 years of experience in custom luxury residences and commercial projects, Mr. Herrera is a seasoned architect who excels in delivering exceptional results. His expertise and unique background set him apart as a leader in the field.
With a remarkable career trajectory that includes a Senior Designer position at Harrison Design, a prestigious high-end firm , Mr. Herrera has honed his expertise in the luxury market.
His journey began in Miami, where he was handpicked by Rodez Architects, DBA, Rodez of Miami Inc., one of the city’s longest operating luxury design-build firms, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across all project phases. As a project manager for a design-build firm, he acquired a profound understanding of hands-on construction that typically takes decades to develop.
Mr. Herrera’s holds a distinguished dual alma mater status, having completed Miami Dade College’s Architecture program, which focused on modern avant-garde design and model building. He further refined his skills at the University of Miami’s School of Architecture, where he delved into the intricacies of beaux-arts style, traditional architecture, and New Urbanism under Dean Elizabeth Platter-Zyberk.
Mr. Herrera is Registered Architect in multiple states, an active member of the American Institute of Architects ( AIA ), the Institute of Classical Art & Architecture Southeast Chapter ( ICAA ), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board ( NCARB ). These affiliations exemplify his dedication to upholding the highest standards of architectural practice.
